Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original packaging

• Complete with tags intact

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us at info@justblancs.com right away. We’ll make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
