However, we do not assume responsibility for customs fees from importing goods.
Shipping
All in-stock items are carefully processed within 3 business days.
If an item is not in stock, it will automatically become a pre-order item and ship as soon as it’s restocked.
Returns
All merchandise that meets the criteria are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To return merchandise, please email us at info@justblancs.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive the refund once the merchandise has been returned and inspected and if all criteria are met.
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging.
